Despite being a Floridian, Hawaii has always felt like home. I have visited the state at least five times in my life, which is a lot considering a separation of 4,500+ miles. Thus, it’s personally heart-wrenching to know about what is happening there. No doubt you've seen the photos of the devastation from the so-called wildfires, but nothing seems to make logical sense. Since then, we've heard about the dismal inefficiency of local authorities, alarms that never went off, confinement of citizens trying to escape only to be redirected back into the flames, 1,300 people presumed dead, thousands of missing children, the government showing up six days after the disaster, and a mere $700 offered to the residents while Biden sends billions to Ukraine. There seems to be no end in sight to the red flags that are popping up day by day.
Weeks ago, as the fire was raging, I was receiving information from one of my friends in this fight. Let's call her M. Although she lives on another island, M was on high alert that something was deeply suspicious about the whole situation. Her firsthand knowledge of what is happening in Hawaii is empirical, having served as the de facto campaign manager for a mayoral candidate in 2022. She experienced the checkpoint stations around the road that circumvents Kauai, the draconian vaccine measures, and the deeply rooted corruption – where blue is not just a color but a way of life. It was not a far leap to presume that these fires, the way they were handled, and their aftermath could be of an unnatural nature.
Next, I had a conversation with H, whose family is from Maui. It was deeply disturbing to learn that her relatives, in their 70s, burned to death. Burned - let that sink in. What could possibly be a more horrific death? While H has lived off the islands for years, this tragedy deeply affected her. As she sobbed while watching the news footage, even she was surprised by her love for Maui and her roots there.
This brings me to my third conversation: Eli. She is an archeologist who worked in Hawaii and explained the deep love that the people of Lahaina have for their ancestral soil. While other natives had given up their land to the haoles, the people of Lahaina had dug in their heels and did not cede.
Obviously, I don't have answers, but I'm just wondering if "land grab" is hyphenated? We know the greedy vultures that descended upon Florida within days of a hurricane disaster. It is not difficult to imagine that such will be the case for Maui and Lahaina. There is little to offer as a silver lining to this unimaginable situation, but perhaps there is a small one. Just a day ago, a TikTok video of The Rock and Oprah went viral where they were sharing a platform they created to collect donations. What is incredibly interesting is that despite being watched by over 440K, not much had been donated. Most telling, however, are the comments on the video. Here are some of the most sanitized ones (Click on the screenshot to access the video):
People are much more aware than we imagine. Hawaiian’s were jolted awake and are personally affected, perhaps the rising tide is lifting all boats. Ke ho'ōla mau nei ko mākou pule me ʻoe, our prayers are with the people of Maui:
Heavenly Father,
We ask that Your peace envelop the Hawaiian people of Maui, who have withstood unimaginable tragedy. May the surviving parents, families, relatives, and friends have the courage, stamina, and fortitude to confront these senseless circumstances and rebuild their lives. We pray for the innocent souls; may You pour Your mercy upon them.
Lord, we ask for justice. May the incompetent be removed, may the greedy be confronted, may the wicked be exposed, and may all the portals of evil that have been opened upon this land be closed. Lord, cleanse Hawaii of all that makes it impure in Your eyes, and let Your blessings rain upon it so that it may be bathed in the power of the Holy Spirit.
In the name of Him who is our Christ and Savior.
Amen

While I appreciate the attention Maui is currently receiving, I'm hoping it will continue, that pressure and scrutiny will be put upon these govt officials and their globalist partners in crime and they will be properly exposed for the roles they played in this horrific mass murder. Yes, pray for the people of Lahaina, donate if you can, but focus your righteous anger on those who are responsible for this unspeakable crime against all of humanity. Where are the 2,000 children, still unaccounted for? Why are they no longer searching for them? These people must pay for the evil they perpetrate in every country, worldwide. The penalty for their crimes is death.
