Six years later, the Covid criminal enterprise faces its first real reckoning.

The problem with going down a rabbit hole is that you can never quite shake off the dirt. Having understood very early that COVID-19 was not what we were being told, such is my particular burden.
By April 2020 something was not passing the sniff test. I joined what was then a small and largely ridiculed group of skeptics — labeled vaccine deniers, conspiracy theorists and worse — who had to endure the schism between the jabbed and the unjabbed with such intensity that we could not even use accurate nomenclature in public without being flagged, censored or socially excommunicated. The mass formation psychosis was genuine, we watched it unfold in real time and for some people, it cost them everything.
Six years later the truth is beginning to emerge.

What Was Done
Before we seek accountability, lets ponder on incalculable intangible losses: Children who missed months or years of childhood socialization during the most formative developmental period of their lives. Students who missed their proms, their graduations, their rites of passage. Men and women whose businesses were destroyed by lockdowns that were never going to stop a respiratory virus. Relationships that collapsed under undue economic pressure. Young and healthy people who now suffer sterility and other chronic conditions that were neither predicted nor acknowledged by the people who mandated the interventions.
The tangible offenses are perhaps worse. The concrete list of crimes allegedly committed by this cabal includes murder, terrorism, racketeering, manslaughter, elder abuse and aggravated abuse of the disabled — all tied to COVID-era hospital protocols, treatment mandates and the financial incentives that shaped them. Hospitals received financial incentives connected to COVID diagnoses and COVID deaths. Dying patients were isolated from their families. Treatment requests were denied. Lethal protocols were imposed on patients who had no say and no recourse. Named victims, family testimony, witness statements, legal briefs, financial records and whistleblower accounts document all of it.
Anthony Fauci is 85 years old. He is likely to die or go senile before facing earthly accountability. I believe there is a heaven but sure hope hell is real. But Fauci, along with Cliff Lane, David Morens, Francis Collins, Deborah Birx, Rochelle Walensky, Stephen Hahn, Janet Woodcock, Rick Bright, Peter Hotez, Peter Daszak, Ralph Baric, Christine Grady, hospital administrators and the healthcare providers who followed financial incentives rather than patient welfare — every one of them should face the legal consequences that their actions warrant. The evidence exists. The question is whether the system has the will to use it.
From grief to accountability
On August 4, 2026, the Vires Law Group of West Palm Beach, Florida, and the Rachel Rodriguez for Governor campaign announced that letters have been sent to the Attorneys General and Governors of all 50 states, requesting that each state open or expand a criminal investigation into individuals and institutions alleged to have participated in a coordinated scheme during and after 2020. The scheme involved hospital administrators and other actors receiving financial incentives connected to the imposition of COVID-19 treatment protocols that VLG and victims’ families allege caused preventable deaths and injuries.
Dr. Anthony Fauci and a number of federal officials and hospital administrators were previously named in VLG’s petition to the Florida Attorney General in 2023 and updated in 2025. Florida, Louisiana and Alabama have already engaged with this effort. It is my understanding that Oklahoma is also moving toward investigation.
The action is being pursued at the state level deliberately. Federal pardons have foreclosed certain avenues of federal prosecution. State attorneys general are not so constrained. The alleged violations include second and first-degree murder while committing acts of terrorism, racketeering, aggravated manslaughter and human trafficking under RICO statutes.
Why This Matters Now
Although Fauci appeared before Congress and invoked the Fifth Amendment repeatedly rather than answer questions, the significance is not what he said. It is that the hearing happened at all. The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee voted 8-5 along party lines to hold Dr. Anthony Fauci in contempt of Congress. The vote is largely ceremonial but the media coverage of the congressional testimony has made the origins of the virus and the conduct of the public health apparatus undeniable topics of mainstream conversation in a way that was not possible even twelve months ago.
The dam is not fully broken. But it is cracking.
For those of us who carried this information for six years, who lost friendships, professional relationships and social standing for refusing to accept the official narrative — this moment is not sweet. Too many people suffered too much for it to feel like victory. What it feels like is the long-overdue beginning of something that should have started in 2021.
Rachel Rodriguez is running for governor of Florida. She is also one of the few candidates in this race with a documented record of fighting this specific battle before it was popular or safe to do so. That matters: Character is destiny.

We pray for every family traumatized by protocols designed by people who faced no personal risk from their implementation. You know each of those families by name. Hold them in the palm of your hand.
We pray for the attorneys general in all fifty states who are now holding letters requesting they do their jobs. Give them the courage that their office demands and the wisdom to understand that this is not a political question but a matter of justice.
We pray for Rachel Rodriguez, who has been fighting this battle since 2023 when it was neither popular nor safe to do so. May her persistence be vindicated and may the people of Florida recognize what genuine courage looks like when they see it on a ballot.

I appreciate all the effort you’ve taken to put this piece together in logical order and list the maniacal demands and the harmful and deadly results which all of us are dealing with including the outrageous jump in cost of all sorts of supplies, automobiles, food, etc., because of Covid and which have stayed high unnecessarily. We tend to forget, but there is One who knows every detail, every motive, every gain, where the idea and planning originated and every person who played a part. Before Him, there will be no ‘5th’ to hide behind. Everyone will give an account.
