Those of us who experienced 9/11 will always remember how it changed our world, the world. As if the tragedy were not enough, 9/11 is the loss that keeps on losing. For the sake of security, we, the good people of this nation, willingly “sacrificed” a few freedoms for the greater good. Hence, the Patriot Act. I am not even going to attempt to unwrap that; suffice to say that when that is repealed, we will know this country is on the right track.
Although we are in a state of information overload, I’d like to share a few intertwined concepts that landed on my desk in terms of election insecurity. I feel these are very relevant to our collective lack of wellbeing.
FirstNet
In the wake of 9/11 when congested cell networks provided to be a bottleneck to first responders, the idea of a national cellular network dedicated to public safety was conceived. Originally, FirstNet was intended to serve law enforcement, fire and EMT services. Subsequently, its scope was expanded to include all critical infrastructure: water, power, and transportation. Just days before Obama left office, his administration used the specter of “Russian Interference” to declare that the election systems were also critical infrastructure.
For those who have long known that the 2020 election was subverted, this provides yet another smoking gun. That somehow the vote was changed in the middle of the night is known. That the machines have modem capabilities and software to effect a pattern shift has been revealed. But how was this coordinated on a national level? Enter FirstNet.
FirstNet is nationwide network created by the federal government that is capable of collecting and change voting data at polling places across the country from a central location. In other words, there is a two-way communication between election equipment and FirstNet cellular network. This would explain how citizen researchers in St. Johns County, Florida, captured a Wi-Fi network named “LetTheDogOut!” that was active at fifteen of the polling locations across their county. At least someone has a sense of humor, I wonder if they think Biden is a dog. Sorry, I just could not help myself. On a less snarky note, if you’d like a full explanation, please click here for an in depth read of the article.
The Ericsson Report:
Anyone who dials 911 will be redirected to Emergency Services—Fire, Police, EMS, etc. The company overseeing this process is iconectiv, formerly known as Telcordia Technologies Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Swedish telecom giant Ericsson.
Ericsson has deeply rooted involvement in our telecommunications networks and infrastructure. They manage our 911 Emergency Service Portability contract and collaborate with local law enforcement officials and the FBI to grant real-time access to our phone conversations. As a foreign corporation, they operate without oversight, and being a private institution exempts them from the reach of the FOIA (Freedom of Information Act). If Ericsson were to face a cyberattack, the issue would be internal, beyond government intervention. Not that I'm holding my breath regarding government help—just look at Maui. Thanks but no thanks.
While not directly attributed to 9/11, I thought I’d mention yet a new area of concern:
Internet of Things (IoT)
The threat posed by China’s involvement in 5G telecommunication and semiconductor industries
has been acknowledged. However, there is far less awareness of the risks associated with using Chinese cellular IoT technology.
An IoT module is a compact electronic component or device designed to enable connectivity and communication for other devices and systems within the Internet of Things. IoT entails linking everyday objects and devices to the internet or other networks, enabling data exchange to enhance functionality and offer new services. IoT modules encompass microcontrollers or microprocessors, wireless communication interfaces, sensors, memory, and sometimes power management features. Integration into various devices and systems renders them "smart," capable of data transmission. Sounds good so far? Not if China has a monopoly on the production and supply chain of these devices.
The threat revolves around four areas: national security, economic prosperity, privacy and human rights. Concerns span critical infrastructure sabotage, loss of strategic data control, heightened espionage and intellectual property theft, and misuse of personal data. Moreover, there's potential for CCP security organizations to conduct detailed surveillance within our societies.

I know what I just outlined is incredibly daunting but I daresay, there is hope. Look out for my next installment, I like to give the bad news first.

Father Almighty,
Only You can intervene to correct the path of humanity. We humbly implore Your presence in the matters of Your children. Lord, we pray for awakened insight, wisdom, and keen discernment. Grant us the resilience, bravery, and inner strength to occupy the positions You've chosen for us.
Lord, administer swift justice to those who have conspired against our freedoms. Deploy Your mighty angels to foil the adversary's schemes. Command Your celestial host to thwart any endeavors aimed at diminishing our liberties.
In the name of our savior, Jesus Christ, we pray.
Amen
