😳 | Minority Report
Ten months later, the official story does not hold. Like a dog on a bone, I'm not letting go.

"We are not afraid to entrust the American people with unpleasant facts, foreign ideas, alien philosophies and competitive values. For a nation that is afraid to let its people judge the truth and falsehood in an open market is a nation that is afraid of its people." — John F. Kennedy
In all honesty, I used to consider Turning Point a quasi-grift operation. The fireworks and magnitude of the events struck me as unnecessary spectacle built around a money-making machine. Being a late entrant to politics, I had missed Charlie’s years on college campuses and did not fully appreciate his debating skills or his genuine reach into Gen Z and young millennials. I was skeptical of the whole enterprise.
His assassination changed that. In learning more afterward, I acknowledge his real talent and the genuine movement he had built. My skepticism softened into respect for his actual accomplishments.
My first thoughts when he was killed were for his wife and his children. I too was a young widow. I know what it is to have life change completely from one day to the next, without warning and without preparation. That personal connection is one of the reasons I followed this story so closely. And it is why, ten months later, there are questions that cannot be dismissed.
On Erika
This is an area where I have the most personal authority and where I’ve been reluctant to share my thoughts. I rooted for Erika Kirk when she spoke at Charlie’s memorial. I prayed she would get through her speech, and then, something felt off. The public forgiveness of the killer, extended so quickly and so completely. The way she held onto President Trump at the memorial, which read less like grief and more like a photo-op positioning. I noted and kept to myself.
Then a Zoom video emerged of her meeting with Turning Point employees in the immediate days after the memorial. Her demeanor was completely un-relatable to my own experience, considering under two weeks of sudden widowhood.
In the days right after my husband’s unexpected death, my nerves were shattered. With trembling hands and lack of focus, I was unable to drive for weeks. It would be months before I would smile naturally, not forcing my face to contort. If pulling the covers over my head and remaining there were an option, I would have gladly embraced it. Had Elon Musk and a collection of billionaires deposited millions into a fund for my young sons, I would have chosen to be only a mother, forget being operational.
People grieve differently and I am not accusing Erika Kirk of anything. From the unique authority of someone who has actually lived something similar, what I have observed from afar does not look like recognizable grief to myself or the countless widows I have counseled. Make of that what you will.
The Questions That Will Not Go Away
Months ago I dedicated a few essays to Charlie Kirk’s assassination. I’ve raised the ballistics questions, the .30-06 skepticism and the JFK parallel. I’ve followed the money — the missing 990s, the cancelled audit, the $8.56 million transferred to an entity with zero employees. Did Charlie discover internal financial misconduct and was silenced for it?
Have the internet accounts that seemed to know that Charlie would regret his visit to UVU been investigated? Was there pre-knowledge of an operation?
Why was the soil in the area where the assassination took place removed and paved over within days of the incident? Reports indicate a contractor removed the dirt on the Sunday after his death. The paving happened the following Monday. That is not standard crime scene protocol but elimination of evidence.
Why are there shatter-resistant glass shards across the transport vehicle, consistent with the type of glass used in the microphone Charlie was wearing? Why was that vehicle cleaned and sold at auction within days? Where is the shirt Charlie Kirk was wearing?
Each of these questions has been raised. None of them has been answered by the official narrative.
Two Words
Candace Owens is crowdsourcing this investigation publicly and at length. I have invested a considerable amount of my time listening to her podcast. While I do not agree with all of her opinions or conclusions, her platform is a global converging point of information, making this the most unique investigation in history. After months of pulling threads, she presents a theory that ties these specific questions together with coherence.
A shaped charge is an engineered explosive device designed to focus its blast energy in a single specific direction. Months before Owens arrived at this conclusion publicly, a close friend and former Special Forces independently speculated that a shaped charge explained the physical evidence better than a .30-06 rifle round fired from the claimed distance. Military professionals and experienced gun owners have consistently found the official ballistics account implausible. A shaped charge placed inside Charlie’s microphone would explain the glass shards. The soil beneath the canopy where he was seated and his shirt would have been contaminated by the explosive. Such evidence would have to be eliminated.
If this theory is correct, the entire case against Tyler Robinson collapses. He becomes what many have suspected all along: a patsy. Clearly none of this is proven, it is simply a theory that fits the physical evidence better than the official account and deserves serious forensic investigation rather than dismissal.
Our JFK Moment
I refuse to be the generation that was hoodwinked like previous ones by the official account of JFK’s assassination. More than sixty years later we know that version of history is flawed and manufactured, and we still do not have a definitive account of who was responsible. The Warren Commission gave America a story that we know is full of holes.
Charlie Kirk’s assassination is the JFK moment of our era. The official narrative was delivered quickly, neatly and with a designated suspect already in custody. The physical evidence that does not fit that narrative has been literally paved over. The questions that remain have been met not with investigation but with silence.
Was Charlie’s death a full fledged operation? Planned and executed by whom? If so, the implications are grave, sobering, and devastating. I do not accept the official account but am near hopeless expecting the mainstream media to pursue it. By the time history has the distance to examine what actually happened to Charlie Kirk, I pray there will be a record of people who asked the right questions before the answers were buried entirely.
To know the road ahead, ask those coming back.
Charlie Kirk (R.i.P)
Heavenly Father,
We pray for Erika Kirk and her children, their loss is real regardless of everything else. Surround those children with Your protection and provision.
We pray for the people who know what happened and have not yet said so. Give them the courage to speak or come forward. Truth has a way of outlasting the people who bury it.
We pray for a generation that is watching its institutions fail the most basic tests of honesty, one official narrative at a time. May we be the ones who demand better now, rather than sixty years later.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

One of the qualities I love about you is you are a dog with a bone once a subject peaks your interest. Grateful for you! This article was eye opening as I haven't heard anything previously re: shaped charge nor how the physical evidence was immediately destroyed. I've questioned the truth behind Charlies murder and your article brings new depth to it. I do pray the truth comes out and soon as I believe Charlie was a Prophet of our time & he is greatly missed.
